Hi MamacatPatch,


You may want to try the following breathing exercises in addition to moreless protocol. I know many people who have taken benefit (specially for weight loss).

There are a set of 7 breathing exercises, but if you can simply focus on 2 exercies
which are called Kapal Bhati and Anulom Vlom. If you daily do KapalBhati alone for 10 minutes daily (start slowly starting with 1 minutes to 2 to 3 and so on) you can loose 200 gms (1/2 pound) per day.

It will not hurt to watch the complete video, but you can skip and look for
KapalBhati and Anulom Vlom and do the both for 10 minutes daily (build-up gradually). Make sure you do these empty stomach.
