soaking in epsom salts

Just recently I had a whole house water filtration system put in..which i absolutely love. But this man was very much into health was telling me that you can immerse your entire body in epsoms salts and water... your entire head and face just not covering your nose. And the aluminum in your head and body will be exchanged out for sodium from the salts? have you ever heard of such a thing? First time i ever heard of this one...wonder if anyone else knows? I have yet to try this because i am missing a bathroom plug ..just bought this old house ..but he says the wonderful feeling you receive after doing this...hmmm
