Epsom's salts was the WONDER DRUG of hospitals back in 1920. Taken internally to flush the bowels and soaked in to relief muscle pains, used in an IV to stop pre=labor, etc., etc., etc.....

It is not plant based, the body sees it as an enemy and thus flushes it out, so I would agree with what the man told you.

Your water system does not make your water safe to drink, ONLY to get cleaner cloths. "IF" it has a changable filter, do it every 30 days at the MAX. For drnking, use a water distiller only.

Hi! I tried it and the man is right-- You get an incredible calm feeling when you dunk in a tub with Epsom Salts and warm water.

I have Well Water, which I distill to drink. But I am too lazy to distill my entire bath water, so I will add some sea salt or clay, and Epsom Salts. Coming out of the tub feels like you had an entire body massage while laying on 5 " thick sheep skin fur!!

It's amazing!


When I used to take regular baths, I never experienced this.


The other day I just dunked my feet in a basin of warm water with Epsom salts and scrubbed my feet and ankles with a brush. I got the same calm feeling, but the entire body bath really gave it to me the most!

how much epsom salts is recommended? Is it neccessary to rinse your body & head afterwards?
