2 large cucumbers (peeled)
1 ripe avocado
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. fresh dill
Put in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth
I also added a pinch of Celtic Sea Salt a dash of virgin Olive oil
and garnished with chopped t'maters and parsley. I favor limes
over lemons but I just happened to have lemons handy. I know I'll enjoy it
even more with limes.
Magnifique!!! I'm rocking out on these raw soup recipes. I can't tell you how delighted I am after a 40 days fast to be eating these. They are so refreshing and one still keeps that light feeling and the stuff doesn't just sit in our digestive tract and taking a good while to digest. It is just this wonderful clean refreshing, peaceful feeling.
