Cucado soup
2 large cucumbers (peeled)
1 ripe avocado
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. fresh dill
Put in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth
I also added a pinch of Celtic Sea Salt a dash of virgin Olive oil
and garnished with chopped t'maters and parsley. I favor limes
over lemons but I just happened to have lemons handy. I know I'll enjoy it
even more with limes.
Magnifique!!! I'm rocking out on these raw soup recipes. I can't tell you how delighted I am after a 40 days fast to be eating these. They are so refreshing and one still keeps that light feeling and the stuff doesn't just sit in our digestive tract and taking a good while to digest. It is just this wonderful clean refreshing, peaceful feeling.

I have found myself already looking
more at raw recipes. Its this hot weather
we are having too. Cold soups are more
appealing. This recipe will certainly
make it into my break plan~!

This is a reply to # 893,135This sounds amazing! I cant wait to get the things for it to try it out! This would be a great lunch for me to bring to work.. (I have the only office that does not have an ac vent) so it sounds deff light and refreshing..

MoreThis is a reply to # 893,812I made this soup for dinner! Omg it was amazing and yummy! I also took your advise and used limes instead of lemons. This was a lot more filling then intended, I made double batch for my husband and I and I also wasn't sure if the recepie feeds one or two and I have a bit left over for lunch tomorrow. I'm really glad you shared this, I needed a new way to eat avocado (good for my anemia)
