I was wondering when you would finally jump in on this!
This is my best tool for determining really small life-forms. Under high magnification as you know... light presents itself as electromagnetic frequencies which is only seen visually in a small window. So infra red to white light. ATP shows as a tight group of red, green and yellow together, usually very central to the point you are studying. It's a helpful tool. Also, when observing high infrared concentrations, this will mean "pathogenic". It does not mean all pathogenic microbes will display this. This is based more on experience than anything else, but it holds up. Shroom

P.S. I my case, which shows orange, blue and clear fibers, I prefer to name the parasites FIBERONS.
