I agree with Molly on this one. It is possible that a newbie may feel overwhelmed with all this very new, and -- to them -- very strange information. Asking a question, even if they have already read the answer, affirms that this information is correct. I know I have asked my share of frequently asked questions.

Sometimes I go through the new posts looking for a question a few days old that hasn't yet been answered and shoot the person a quick reply. I want them to feel welcome here, just as I was when I first came to Curezone.

In a way, each one of us can act as a moderator, whether voted in or not.
