I have a unique method for isolating parasites {specifically} from stool samples. It works by encouraging the growth of larger organisms and restricting growth of bacteria ect. The latest look, reveals the "string" parasites at a mature level. I am less freaked out by them now. The reddish orange ones are a distinct variety, and the clear ones will develope into 2 groups; short twisted and long twisted. The other ones are medium length and a nice shade of blue. I have seen activity in the "spike" variety parasite which I think was present and not grown. These things need to attach to food particles for nutrition. They become weak looking and cannot survive long in this environment. I will look to see if there is spontaneous developement of this type over the next few days.

One very important developement is the discovery of flukes. This was a surprise! They are very small, and produce eggs or spores....something cellular. I will now be able to recognize these in standard screening. It raises the question of pathogenicity.
I had fluke come up in my SCIO testing but chose to ignore it based on lack of evidence.
I immediately booked an appointment for new tests {I have a newfound respect for this process now}! Shroom
