I eat mostly a vegetarian diet, however I do eat meat once and awhile. Originally I drank regular pop, but switched to diet, I am actually trying to get completely off it eventually. Increased my exercise routine, included weight training and cardio.
and ofcourse I juice. Weighed approx. 215 now I weigh 175, my ideal weight, took 5 monthes to lose that weight which is actually 40 lbs but on the juice I lost the other 30.
