WOW....30 pounds...that's wonderful. So what is the rest of your diet like? And how long have you been doing this?
The old greats that I study ... teach that veggie juicing is healing and fruit juicing is cleansing. And that it's the fastest way to retore your health. I
really do believe that.
We can usually get in our mid morning juicing...but afternoon is sometimes a chore...we just stay so busy. But we should all take time for these things.
Ginger is really good for the tummy...but I guess you know that or you wouldn't
have added it. :-)
