antiparasitic qualities of beets or cherries?

I've been passing dead worms that look like roundworms for the past 3 days, and I'm wondering what's causing this. The only new things I'm doing now are drinking juice of 4-5 beets a day and eating tons of cherries in the morning. I also do a coffee enema at night (which causes huge cramps sometimes). I'm wondering if anyone heard of either of those things to be antiparasitic? I am a huge fan of galic and used to eat 4-5 cloves at a time and nothing ever happened, could something as simple as fruit and veggies have this effect?
