After about the first three days, your system is pretty emptied out, so mainly what you pass from here on out will be liquid movements, or what we call butt pee. If you are having several eliminations in the morning after the SWF, you're doing okay. Remember though, that you should be eliminating that entire quart of salt water you took in. Also make sure you are drinking at least half your body weight in ounces of water per day and the laz tea at night. This also helps to flush things out. I think it was around day 13 that I started tho have eliminations around 6 or 7 in the evening, two or three at that, and it has continued up to this point, day 19. After coming off the MC, most people will do a Liver Flush and some will opt for a good Colon Cleanse as a lot of gunk in you digestive system has been loosened up during the cleanse. Stick with what you are doing and check into possibly doing a good Colon Cleanse after completing the MC.
