I am feeling great. I think that I am following the cleanse guidelines. But, I am not having three bowel movements a day. At this point, I am mostly eliminating mucus after the SWF. Lots of gurgling going on. I went on the cleanse in hopes of clearing out the colon and intestinal tract and maintaining regularity after. Any insights?
