Wrap at home??

A few years ago, I have had a wrap done. I hadnt experienced any weight loss, but my skin did seem to appear tighter and my stomach looked flatter (probably loss of water weight). Of course it only lasted a few days (I am 5'4 and weigh 130). Many people have mentioned that they need to be done on more of a regular basis, to really start seeing results. Well, I am also a stay at home mom, and just cant spend that kind of money, especially a few times over. I completely forgot about doing wraps, until Molly just brought it back up. I just cant see that these spas have elaborate secret ingredients that cant be figured out on our own. SO I figured I would look further. Here is a website I have found that gives common ingredients that are used in the wraps, I will try out a combination and let you know how it goes.

Also, here is a website that sells the french green clay, I am sure there are others, but this is the first I saw...
