Re: A message to everybody

My most sincere best wishes to you in your journey to health. Not every protocol or practice works for everybody - that's the problem with human beings. We often make broad, sweeping statements of what WE feel is the Right Thing To Do and, for me, it might be the Right Thing To Do. For others, it might be completely damaging.

You may give yourself credit for having tried - many people won't even do THAT much. And, you also know many things that will work for you, once you've gotten yourself healed. I would gently encourage you to continue some of the more benign practices (oil pulling, for one) simply because it can't harm you like some of the more drastic protocols can.

And, it also might be that your body wasn't yet strong enough to endure such a strenuous cleansing after you had healed from your first lung infection. Natural methods take months and months to demonstrate positive benefits and, sometimes, our bodies have been so damaged by disease or toxins that we will require a lot of extra preparation before taking on some of the more serious protocols and therapies.
