Re: Lugol's or Iodoral?

I asked because I've been taking a couple drops of Lugols for a few weeks and suddenly I'm reading lots of posts [not even on purpose!] about Iodoral. It suddenly occured to me that I don't really know the difference.

Other than the obvious differences, ie, painting with Lugols, etc. [Is this more effective than painting with the 10% Iodine from the drug store??], the iodoral has potassium, right? Must be a reason for that.

Now I'm thinking maybe I should buy Iodoral too!
