It's Day 10 (ya I know... one day short why couldn't I just wait??) and I decided to eat. Since I was planning on starting OJ tomorrow I didn't take any with me to work. I made soup (Organic veggie broth with some red potatoes, yellow onion, carrots and brown rice) and I'm eating it right now...
I realize this is not the best way to end the fast. Is there anything I need to be concerned about by not eating for 10 days & then putting those ingredients into my system? Anything I should watch for that could signal a dangerous condition? Or does it just cause a stomach ache to end the fast by going directly to food?
I did buy probiotics and I don't know if I should start them tonight with the food or tomorrow...
