Kinda hard for me to explain... The skin on my lips turn white as they are absorbing any kind of liquid making the skin unstable. It then just falls off or keeps on clumping up. Could come from a long shower too. I dont think I have the same symptoms that you do. i was just being hopeful it would work for me. Im a ex-lip biter/peeler. The search continues....
