Is there an homepathic remedy for shrinking fibroids and treating endometrios?

I have used castor oil packs to shrink the fibroid but i'nm not sure if it's working
ot not. I did the parasite cleanse and took the ornithine( and I think the ornithine made them grow more, from what I read it's an growth hormone amino acid). I heard that homepathy actually made them go away. i need to know if this is true, and if so can i please have specific instructions on how to do it?
