It is possible, but only if the parasite were quite large in diameter and the examiner had a very keen eye. A MRI or CR scan usually only resolves objects greater than 2 or 3 mm in diameter. This would exclude smaller parasites such s whipworms and many flukes.

A large Ascaris waorm might be visible but not easily recognized as it could be aligned with the intestines or curved around another organ. Such this as hydatid cysts (encysted dog tapeworms) have been spotted with MRI's.
