What can I do?

I am 15 and almost certain I have genital warts. But I have never had sex! I have had it for ages now but I'm too scared to go to the doctor- I don't want my parents to find out, and what if they don't believe I haven't had sex? I know you may not believe me either but its true. I have just put it off for ages and thought that I would deal with it some time in the future, but now my girlfriend is pushing for a sexual relationship and I don't know what to do. Right now I've broken up with her.
I am also terrified as I have heard genital warts cannot be cured. Tweet
