Over two years after diagnosis - a status report

Here is my positive experience so far with
Gallstones and liver flushing. I hope that others may benefit from reading about it.
After two extremely painful attacks that had me writhing for hours on the floor in pain, I had an ultrasound exam and was diagnosed with gallstones. My doctor recommended surgical gall bladder removal to treat the problem. My wise wife noted that irreversible surgery should be the very last option and I agreed. I did a lot of research and came across CureZone and the alternative information posted here and on other sites. I decided to try a combination of
Liver Flushing and diet modifications.
Over a period of six months, I performed five
Liver Flushes using the
Hulda Clark procedure. I took Gold Coin Grass for six weeks prior to the first flush, and malic acid supplements the week prior to each flush. Many stones came out!
I experienced several lesser gallstone attacks during this time. The first passed with the help of (oral)
Epsom Salts ; the second resolved with no aid other than a warm bath; a third attack lasted about ten minutes. Between my fourth and fifth flushes after a particularly stressful week, I experienced a severe attack with a sudden onset. However, this became bearable after I drank one tablespoon of
Epsom Salts dissolved in a cup of water. Nine months after my last flush, I had a mild attack that resolved without any intervention.
I have had no symptoms at all for a full year now. I am no longer afraid of the occasional fatty meal. Thanks to the knowledge of
Epsom Salts as a muscle relaxant, I no longer fear being caught by an attack.
In the months prior to my first flush, I made some permanent changes in my diet. I believe that these dietary modifications are a critical component of my success to date. Here is what I changed:
- Eat a balanced diet in general with plenty of fiber (oatmeal with raisins 5 mornings a week; fruit--especially apples--every day) with a moderate amount of fat from dairy and olive oil and a moderate amount of meat
- Choose whole wheat and brown rice when possible
- Avoid pastries
- Avoid refined foods (flour, sugar) in general
- Avoid pizza
- Avoid french fries
- Avoid soft drinks
- Stay hydrated
So far, I am very encouraged. I have lost the shadow of dread, and of course I still have my gall bladder!
Regards!
