is this post about Dr. Christopher's eyebright formula?

I wanted to get the eyebright forumla instead of having to make it. Is Dr. Christopher's the best one to get? My eyes are just tired looking-- grayish, yellowish, and red-- not bright at all.

my diet isn't the best but it's a LOT better than it was months ago, now that I eat only one or two portions of meat a week (and typically fish or chicken) if that, and eat a lot more vegan items and fresh fruit. I also supplement with sodium ascorbate, Bht (for herpes), st. john's wort, coconut oil, and oil pulling 3-4 times a week.

I just want my eyes to be white and brighter (my teeth have gotten noticeably whiter so I have been getting healthier lately.) Tweet
