nickel sized cyst on face PLEASE HELP

I have a rock hard cyst developing in the middle of my cheek.

This is the largest cyst that I have ever had. I can't even fathom the massive hole that this one is going to leave behind.

Almost every pimple leaves a scar on me so this one will be huge.

The cyst feels like it is within the subcutaneous tissue (it feels like it is right against the cheekbone) so I don't know how I can get anything down to that level of the skin to prevent scarring.

Does anyone know of anything that I can put on this that will prevent a massive crater from forming. Once again, this is a nickel-sized rock hard deep cyst that has formed right in the middle of my cheek.

I can't even deal with the scars that I already have. There is no way I can deal with another one-especially one that is going to be as big as this cyst!
