Re: The Beauty Factor

Hi
I just copied psalm23's great ideas into my moreless file. Great info!
The thing I keep hearing regarding aging well and living long, is to eat very little food. The grandfather of a friend of mine died at the age of 106 and he only ate one tin of tuna and something else like a little soup or sth.
Luigi Cornaro is a famous long lived example who healed himself buy cutting his food to 12 oz. of food and 16 oz of liquid total. He lived a long time ago and wrote about being very sick at age 35 and fully recovering with this to live healthily to the age of 102. Pretty good for a man who was supposed to die at 40.
THis impressed me very deeply. My mom is seventy and eats very little and she is such a child of joy, full of energy. More than me and I'm 28 LOL. Well I am working towards it and sure am getting closer. Put a wish out to the universe and you will be led. Let's all grow younger every day!
Lilly
