Re: The Beauty Factor
So neat that there are several of us noticing these special benefits. Optimum's beautiful new hair, Di's beautiful feet, my beautiful nails.
Right, Di, it's a whole program. Appreciate that Optimum shared about Wheat Germ & Honey. Two of my favorites and I know Moreless has mentioned those as well as Beans!
My very favorite bean is the Anasazi which cooks up so tender, is not gas-forming and is an ancient non-hybrid bean. Beans are loaded with Nucleic Acids for rejuvenating our cells. When we soak them awhile, they unlock many more nutrients.
A true story about beans. When I was a little girl, a nice lady would have various people from church over for Sunday dinner. Her grown son would kill a chicken for each meal. A friend of ours lived across the street from her and said that all she ate during the week was beans! The chicken was for company dinner. Well, we moved away, and when my mother visited the area, she noticed an obituary in the paper of this lady! She was almost 100 and my mother felt so badly, as she would have visited her if she thought she was still alive!
Locally, a 100plus year old man died at a local senior residence. His daughter said she thought his longevity was because of his love of Beans and Onions.
And, of course you bave Dr. Frank's No-Aging Diet which highlights Nucleic Acid foods -- topmost being Fish & Beans!
Any of you car to share some of your favorite health-giving foods? I have many more, but it's your turn...
