Anja, you might be a candidate for a gentler flush ... you do seem concerned.

The thing I like about either of these, they have a dialative to open up the bile ducts, the cayenne does the trick here. Alot of the other gentle flushes don't have this ... after getting a stone stuck, I wouldn't consider flushing without it.
