Modified Flush Tonight - Thoughts/Advice?

Thanks to all who responded to my post down below. I am a little reluctant to do the full-on Hulda flush that has served me so well in the past because the last few were so rough on me and produced few or no stones. I didn't have enough lead-time to do 4 days of apples/malic acid, but I'm bent on flushing tonight. I have been taking an herbal liver tincture for several months, so at least I've done that. I was thinking of just taking lower doses of the Epsoms and cutting the Oil mixture in half, maybe 1/4 cup of oil instead of 1/2. Do you think I'm likely to get any results this way? I figured if nothing happens, I'd try the daily Extra-Virgin Olive-Oil with lemon/lime, lecithin (I tossed a bottle of liquid lecithin awhile ago because I just could not get it down), or maybe order MH's liver forumula. I have so much going on the next 2 months, and my last menstrual period was so bad with over a week of headaches (which to me means liver if I'm looking yellow when I've got a real thumper), so I'm anxious to have some kind of productive clean-out for the liver. I just don't want to pass out in the bathroom tonight... and have the suffering be for naught....
