Thanks for what you let go before readers. I appreciate it reinteresting me to this, by that indeed an English source showed me as well cancer has control elements with iodine. But interestingly, also sunshine and both benefit the thyroid among many other things. However this has major immediate impact through action taken sometimes.

So, some say cook but those detriments are inactivated by fermentation also so recipes for simple sauerkraut could be considered an adjustment. I do mine quickly in a fruit source juice.
My first warning to watch inadequate throid was with rough elbows and then other displays like insomnia, but this first sign was heeded because skin without self repairing, and lotion is not what I'm talking about, heads to other organ damage as last resorts strength are stripped too then in accumulated weakening it seems.
