Re: Minerals to chelate fluoride?

I can't afford RO right now. I have a total electric house; and don't want to add yet another electric expense for distillation. I haven't found a distiller that works for fewer hours and/or fewer watts.

I'm not going to eliminate fluoride from my life; so, I can at least diminish it. I'm not giving up restaurants, cereal, warm/hot showers, peppermint tea, etc. Even though I'm retiring, I want a life. That's like ridding oneself from aluminum, when it is the most abundant metal in the earth's crust. Might as well move to another planet. Fighting city hall would, of course, be the best approach.

I haven't found how much ppm of certain elements are in the water in my new town. I suspect the fluoride content is >1 ppm. So, I figure I can at least cut that down to .5 with a cheap filter. That will have to do for now.
