It worked for me too. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. I took 2 tbs ACV with water before bed; just like you said. I slept great. No stuffy nose this morning. I only had to get up to pee, then no problem getting back to sleep.
I know that one night is not "research"; but there is always hope. My sinuses have given me trouble since I was a teenager in the 60s. I even slept with my bedroom window open. Haven't done that for 40 years either.
Do keep us posted on your progress.
