Re: Anybody tried olive leaf extract?

Thanks for that link. I'm printing it for easier reading.

I have been a big fan of OLE, but stopped using it (oddly enough) when my diagnosis was bumped up to a parasitic infection from a fungal infection (not Candida alone - black mold also).

When I did use it - I loved it. Mind you, I had no idea I might be dealing with 'sites back then. But here is a VERY important thing to remember about olive leaf extract for use as a anti-microbial:

ROTATE it.

Use three caps (unless you can find the 500mg) three times a day, say for a week maybe two, maybe less. Then, PUT IT ASIDE. Alternate it with something like GSE, or oil of oregano, caprilic acid - heavy dosing again, three times a day for no more than two weeks - PUT IT ASIDE - switch around. Find a rotation program that works for you. Make it up. JUST BE SURE TO ROTATE.

The microbes will otherwise likely become resistant to any (or at least some) of the herbs. Resistance is super important, something to really take into consideration when attempting to eliminate a microbial infection. This applies also to just about anything - pharmals, and I've even read such w respect to zapping.

The idea is to shock them. Catch them off guard. Hit'em below the belt. Fight like Tyson.

Play dirty.
