Bad news is that you have pneumo but The good thing is that now you know what you have and its treatable. And they call this particular one "walking pneumo" b/c its considered pretty mild and usually doesnt require hospitalization. Usually it actually resolves on its own after couple weeks. Gees wish i read that before I wrote that long winded reply to your ealier post (duh) Although, I get SOB from my parasites. Never had pneumo before. Although one question is, we dont typically see pneumo in young healthy immunocompetent people ... but usually elderly, infermed, hospital patients etc. So hopefully theres no underlying issues there.
