As it should be.

You're not giving us the real scoop (pun intended).

F#1 forces peristaltic operation.

A lot of constipated people need this.

To me it sounds like you're really constipated if not outright blocked.

The more blocked you are, the more pain you will be in.

Also, from my own experience, if we are long term constipated, the muscles become VERY strong to force a bowel movement. Now add something to force these muscles to react in a heavy handed manner and brother, we're talking pain.

Do you get "cramping" prior to a bowel movement? This, for me, indicates long term constipation.

So? Are you having bowel movements?

If yes, it's doing its job but "you" need to cut way back on F#1.

If you're NOT having bowel movements you need to do an enema at the very least.

I would also suggest drinking more water (with salt), perhaps eating just Watermelon for two days.

I'll bet dollars to donuts you've never done or been able to do a SWF?

If you are having bowel movements and have successfully done a SWF, you simply do not need his F#1, but may require it after starting F#2 which can be "binding".

Hope this helps.
