Pain with intestinal cleanse

Hello...

As I mentioned in another post, I received tremendous pain from taking Dr. Schultze's intestinal formula #1.

I was up all night with terrible cramping and still have pain now, over 24 hours later.

The book that caim with the cleanse said that cramping can occur, but that it is part of the cleansing process.

My pain seems abnormal. I was literally writhing around in pain all night without a wink of sleep. At one point I considered going to the hospital.

Will this pain eventually subside as I continue with the cleanse. Is it possible that I could do serious damage to my digestive tract with this?

There is nothing mentioned about any dangerous side effects in any of the literature that accompanied the cleanse.
