I also have problems absorbing it. The first time I used it though I could feel the effects after just a few drops. Then I had to do a long break.
Now I take 20 drops or more and have no absorption at all.
Is Iodine absorption dependant on stomach acids or so?
Or why wont the body absorb it once the Iodine has "stained" the bowel tissue?
Vitamin C in masses wont make a difference either.
The only different thing I did the first time was not to take MSM earlier in the day. I have read that MSM will put a "protective" coating on the bowels?
