Re: EMF in my home
EMF on the electrical lines is a big source of radiation. I looked into the issue about 8 months ago. Poor sleep and an EMF article in the local news started my off on my quest. I ended going to an EMF seminar held by a noted author on the subject and when I was there , I was introduced to an plug-in energy device that is marketed on the basis of energy savings. It is also a filter for EMF, however, but at this point , the company doesn't want to pleace emphasis on the health benefits for legal reasons. They feel they have enough marketing clout just based on saving people money on their power bills. The unit DOES reduce EMF, however, quite substantially, I'll say. I had rooms measure 400-600 with a Graham Stetzer meter and one room measured 1100 where I had a fish tank with a florescent light. Now, thanks to getting an xPower unit, all my rooms measure under 100. I also added an xGuard (EMF filter) in my bedroon and brought that reading down to 23. My power bill has dropped too. Nice bonus. Info on the xPower can be found here -->

Also, if you can unplug all devices that are not in use, this will help. They all act as antenni, even if they are shut off, even the simple night lamp on your night table. EMF is picked up through the air, whether the source is a cell tower or even your neighbor.
I'm sleeping very well now. I know many people have headaches that are very often attributed to EMF. Many diseases are attributed to EMF too , particulalry childhood diseases with Leukemia being right on top of the heap.
