Shortness of breath - what could cause it?

Hi

I have been awfully sick for many months now and it seems to get worse. My symptoms:

-extreme fatigue and weakness, almost bedridden
-anxiety
-burning skin

My doc thinks I have Lyme disease and she has been treating that with natural supplements. It hasnt helped so far.

But now I have a new symptom: -severe shortness of breath which causes me headache

What could this be? Some new bug? Mycoplasma maybe or Chlamydia pneumoniae?

Any ideas?
