Re: Sick from Olive Oil, headaches, please help

Thank you Sweet Fernando, I beleive my blood pressure got to low. I am drinking carrot juice and going back to basics, I won't be having stirfries for a while, I started to have chest pains and my arm vein was hurting, and ear pressure, i have found out that I had way too much olive oil.....way too much. So i think this is the cause, this has never happened before to me, but then, I'd never had to use so much oil because i normally use frozen veggies....it's a long story, but now i see what happened to me. I will read up on Sunflower Oil ^_^ Thanks.
