its also amazing how you forget how much discomfort you used to be in when you have continued on this road long enough to feel the benefits of the hard work you are doing right now.

When I look back to just about 2 years ago, my health was non existent, i lost my job, had no money at all coming in, almost a total recluse, was asleep more than I was awake, everything was an effort, the smallest of chores was huge to me.

Now, I go from strength to strength, i am working my way up the salary scale in two years I have progressed further than I ever had in 30 yrs.

My confidence and self esteem are stronger than ever before, i am rebuilding my social life, its not easy but Im doing it!

I took myself off all prescription drugs.... very slowly.... but dont advise anyone to this without first talking to their GP, my GP was very interested in the fact that I consume at least a litre of Virgin Coconut OIl a month especially when my cholesteral test came back at 2.4! I dont think he believes im the same person! Mind you I havent told him about the parasite thing.... he wouldnt believe me...lol.

Basically, I have gone from a very pathetic, negative, ill individual to one who is confident, assertive, positive and fit!

Please dont give up travelling on this road.... the benefits are HUGE!
