She discovered a wheat allergy in the process

I forgot to add that Linda discovered a wheat allergy when she began adding things back into her diet. I can't remember what her symptoms were, but I think her rash flared up. Anyway, she never would have known she was allergic to wheat had she not gone on this journey.
