I have supper on the table every night by 5:30 ... we eat together as a family when Papa Crow gets home from work.
And ... I usually eat until satisfied and stop right there (in other words, no extra snacking afterwards; MAYBE an occasional desert for a special treat for us.)
So I don't take advantage of the "four hour" window ... I just eat ONE hearty meal between 5:30-6:15.
I've not cut back on anything. I don't "count carbs" anymore ... I just eat. And I somehow "maintained" a solid 150 for three months ... then ALL OF A SUDDEN, this unexplainable scale reading that showed a clear loss of two pounds.
WOW.
THAT'S EIGHT STICKS OF BUTTER!!!!!!!!! GONE FROM MY BODY!!!!!!!
