The Change...advice needed

Hi, I had a complete hysterectomy seven years ago and now I have weaned myself compleatly off of estrogen pills and I am having pretty bad dryness problems, I been keeping KY gel on but I still feel like sandpaper around my vaginal lips. I was wondering if you all can tell me if there is a supplement I can take that might help with this, or an oil or some type of natural something I can do.
