I'm new around here but I just had to answer your post because I too can appreciate the pain of being intolerant to everything! No wheat, no oats, no corn, no chocolate, no caffeine, no alcohol, no nightshades....People thought I was a health nut before, but now they think I'm just "nuts" because of all the things I'm refusing to eat. I was think of doing the Humanworm cleanse over at that forum along with either the psyllium and Bentonite clay shakes or the Dr. Schulze protocol.
Definitely check out taking L-glutamine for leaky gut along with lots of high quality probiotics. Slippery Elm can also help calm things down. Were you on Antibiotics at any point? That's how I got into this state, aside from, as you mentioned, various other things that were fun!
