I am Intolerant/Allergic to: all dairy, all wheat, all alcohol, all processed foods...and i mean all processed foods, and the nightshade family.
Dairy/wheat/processed/booze....i can handle that. It's tricky but do-able. I have spent the last 3 months finding all this out, little by little, day by day. Its been very difficult with flare-ups everyweek. Its great to know whats wrong and why.....but.....but....&%$%£ b*&^$y hell its hard. And now.....and now.....
nightshade avoidance is hard. very hard. double-triple hard. nightshades are tomatoes/potatos/peppers&tobacco. And now.....i have just discovered i get the same reactions/flare-ups from passive smoking! that means going down the pub/bar is off-limits. I don't drink and i still can't go down the pub. what a nightmare! that is going to make my work/life very difficult.
ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
at least i know now.
liver/gallstone flush number 6 coming this saturday.

This is a reply to # 862,903Have you ever done a candida cleanse? Candida produces "leaky gut syndrome" which allows for undigested particles of food to go into the bloodstream causing allergic reaction. I think that's how I became allergic myself.
I heard on Hay House Radio Dr. Mona Lisa Schulz say that whenever we feel frightened, threatened and/or somehow not safe in our environment we are more likely to develop allergies and/or have a flare-up. This makes sense since allergies are closely linked to our adrenal hormones which come strongly into play whenever we are stressed.

Have you ever done a candida cleanse? - nope...i will investiage now.
re stress. yes i'm sure this has something to do with it. however i believe that my diet of banana's/fishfingers/milk & wetabix for the first 16 years of my life didn't help. nor the very heavy diet of dairy products for 38 years. nor the 18 years heavy stressful job in the city. nor the 18 years heavy drinking. nor the 15 years smoking pot. nor the 4 years on class "A"'s. nor the 15 years smoking cigarettes.
I can assure you it was great fun getting this screwed-up! I wonder if someone had told me this would happen i would have changed my ways earlier??? probably not...i was having far too much fun:-(
ah well. you will be pleased to know i have given up everything. i am infact an expert at giving up and i am clean as a whistle now. now i just have my alleries to keep me company and remind me of the good old days. anyway....i'm rambling again
I have now done 6 liver/gallstone flushes and i think it's time for a cleanse. I'm kindof in the dark on this....so i was going to go for Dr Hulda Clark s parasite cleanse to get me going: walnut+wormwood+cloves.
does that sound like a good place to start?

This is a reply to # 864,595whatever else you do, find a doctor of "classical" homeopathy, and plan on taking a year or two of homeopathic treatment, careful diet, exercise etc. to help you work out of this mess.

This is a reply to # 864,595Hi "Sunshine" , you're allowed to have a "cloudy" day I suppose, lol! I actually don't feel there was anything for you to apologize, I totally understand how miserable allergies can make us feel and that could've been me letting some steam out. I tell you I've had NO life since I developed nasal allergies, my nose is stuffy ALL the time and I can't take decongestants or anti-histamines so my sleep has suffered greatly which makes my energy levels usually pretty low.
I appreciate how candidly you confess to all the "sins" of your youth and must confess I wish I could blame my allergies on anything like that, at least then I could understand WHY I'm going through such a rough time myself
. But unlike you I was fairly health-minded even as a teenager and the worst of my "sins" has been indulging in too much sugar but not even all the time as I was diagnosed with hypoglycemia over 22 years ago and since then I've stayed away from it most of the time, have fallen off the wagon many a time but even when I do I'm careful to not overdo and try to balance with supplements.
Anyway, what matters is that you have given up all those things and have begun to take better care of yourself. The parasite cleanse is a good place to start. Last time I was here I saw a post precisely about the proper order of cleansing but I didn't bookmark it, however, I did a search "just for you" and found this: http://curezone.com/cleanse/ Personally, right now I'm not doing any of them as I've pretty much have been taking supportive supplements continuously and presently I'm taking Triphala, an Ayurvedic cleansing combination. Someone also recommended stinging nettles and I've taking it with no results, turns out I should've gotten the freeze dried type... I really hate finding out stuff like that after I bought a large bottle of the wrong stuff! I've also just started "oil pulling" and hope that will help me clear out "junk" from my body, perhaps you should give it a try too sometime.
Now I have a question for you: what's it like to do a liver/gall bladder cleanse? I read about it years ago and it didn't sound like something I wanted to try, somehow it scared me, lol! I rationalized that I probably didn't need them since I learned about using good fats and liver-friendly supplements many years ago... But you say you've done 6 and I've read of other people who've done even more so it can't be all that bad, right?

well...Liver/gallbladder Flush number 6 has been and gone and another 200 stones out now:-) lots of little small flacky ones this time. different types of stones everytime.
I keep note of roughly how many stones i get each time so now i'm up to approx 625 stones, including 5 absolute whoppers of over 1 inch in diameter.
I still have my allergies&Intolerances after 6 flushes so i have my eyes on flush number 10 that i hope....hope....will then make me pain free....but its only a hope:-|
What are the flushes like? ummmmmm. have you ever had food poisoning, eaten somthing off or an upset tumtum which gives you diarrhoea. you have to sit on the toilet for 1 or 2 or 3 hours? and it hurts and its not very nice.....well, its not as bad as that....but its just like that, if u know what i mean. you do sit on the toilet for a couple of hours, but it doesn't hurt, but you do have diarrhoea and you don't really feel great! it usually only lasts the morning after and then you gradually get better throughout the same day. i would class it as the same unpleasentness as a "regular" hangover. But...with the knowledge that you are doing yourself some good and ridding your body of a load of junk it does not need or want.
my flushes when like this:-
1) 20 stones
2) 20-30
3) 100
4) 75 + 3 massive brutes
5) 200
6) 200
The 4th was unbelievable....how could something so big get out? they where almost as big as golf balls! i almost fell off the bog when i saw those whoppers bobbing on the top, LOL. ( Gallstones - they float)
I have read i need to get rid of 2000 stones....God knows when that will be as i am not a "counter", more a "guesser"
I had heartburn so bad for about 8 years, then i changed my diet and after the first flush the heartburn was gone. (well...almost...except when i eat the wrong thing but thats another story) but before i had heartburn 24/7 and 365 days per year:-(
I would recommend anyone to do a flush, do it on the weekend, do nothing the next day because you will need to close to the loo. The results are very ....errr....satisfying! LOL.

I congratulate you for having the courage to do these flushes, I do admire you and all others who have done or are doing them, obviously the results speak for themselves. Unfortunately, the thought of having to do one still feels me with dread, just the thought of getting those potions down make me queasy, I fear actually taking them would turn my stomach inside out. Since I've never thrown up again since I was 14 I fear that if I ever do I'll just die (maybe just a phobia, I know but...).
And I was totally discouraged after reading the "2,000 stone" part as if one session weren't enough torture! Now that you've told me you passed so few in the beginning and still have maybe 4 more to go I feel even less inclined as the thought of having to do 10 flushes is a huge turn-off. Also, I read the parasite and kidney cleanses should be done first and while the first one is easy because good ready-made products are available, preparing the kidney cleanse seems way more complicated than what I feel I can handle right now. I feel, therefore, that for a "chicken" like me the only option at present is to continue to hope that certain nutrients (recommended long ago by Adelle Davis) will help me dissolve any stones that I may have and prevent the formation of others. I have also read books about diets for liver cleansing and have followed them a couple of times; this approach may not be as effective as the flushes but it's easier on my mind!
So, again, I take my hat off to you!

I'm new around here but I just had to answer your post because I too can appreciate the pain of being intolerant to everything! No wheat, no oats, no corn, no chocolate, no caffeine, no alcohol, no nightshades....People thought I was a health nut before, but now they think I'm just "nuts" because of all the things I'm refusing to eat. I was think of doing the Humanworm cleanse over at that forum along with either the psyllium and Bentonite clay shakes or the Dr. Schulze protocol.
Definitely check out taking L-glutamine for leaky gut along with lots of high quality probiotics. Slippery Elm can also help calm things down. Were you on Antibiotics at any point? That's how I got into this state, aside from, as you mentioned, various other things that were fun!

" Antibiotics at any point?" - yes loads. Thats how you get better from THE FLU, and a COLD, and ACNE, and anything else they can think of! I don't know how many times i've taken them but i guess a minimum of 10 times, but probably 15-20 times? I have no idea if that is alot or not? Antibiotics - should i add that to the list of harm i've done to myself?
It's not confirmed yet but i think i'm also intolerant to duck feathers. How cool is that? but there it is, the ITEC club. I have also had to remove my rings from my fingers and the gold chain from my neck. And the some metal from my mouth, not because of amalgam, thats another story...but because it's metal. I'm intolerant to metal on my person. Now that is incredible! Bet you can't beat that for nuttyness?
This year has been an fantastic journey! Although is it very hard, I do feel honored that i have found this stuff out. So so so many people have no idea, nor will they ever have any idea how or why they are screwed up. I am getting better and i hope you are too.
