How can we get this to spread into and spun out by mainstream media - just the possibilities and potentials of this upcoming Guidance request along with the public option to speak out? What does it take?

Called a local news producer last week for answers. The producer (NBC affiliate) hadn't a clue. I emailed the Guidance proposal itself to him, but nothing more anecdotal/analytical as yet. This article should make a nice follow-up.
