chlamydia

I have recently been diagnosed with chlamydia. Ive had symptoms of bleeding during the month whilst on the pill plus bleeding after sex and pain during sex and just generally in my lower abdomen and under my ribs occassionally. I dunno what to think. Dunno if its bad or long term affects. If you sleep with someone and dont use protection will they definately catch it from u? I havent told anyone, my Antibiotics are making me really sick and the doc wont give me anything for it! Anyway I just wanted to know if anybody could give me some info based on what ive said.
