Hard to tell from the articles, because they only mention regrowth of the root. The articles also say it does not grow enamel. But, it's encouraging, no?
Now if we could just get some stem cell research going, where the stem cells didn't come from horrible sources, THAT would be exciting to clone our own teeth!
And I've read a couple different places that a filling material using hydroxyapetite, the same basic composition as our own teeth, was close to being released but it "mysteriously" disappeared...hmmm.
