Help .... Chlamydia & candidiasis diagnosis

A female friend of mine, age 26, experienced discharges and irritation while making love ... she got diagnosed with Chlamydia and with candida. Doctor prescribed scary looking scheme of medications (horse doses of Antibiotics ) ... and she is very frustrated and confused.

After getting to know how harmfull all those Antibiotics and other medications can be ... I suggested her to wait with that treatment and try some herbs, ...
I need a good advice. She lives in Russia, so, she can not get any American native herbs like echinacea, goldenseal, pau d'arco...

She is going to try bear's bile tincture, Yoghurt Enema , horsetail tea and tincture, sweedish bitters.
