Will buy some KI to add to the SCIO test matrix, but judging from yesterday's test Lugol's wins all.

Iodine from Kelp ~56, Iodine from Fish ~64, and unlabeled Iodine ~111. Iodine as in Juglans Nigra ~120 yet Lugol's was a solid 134.

Translated the body wants Lugol's the most and I have been on since Feb 6th with +150mg daily.
